Duties:
- Coordination of the annual Integrated Commercial Planning Process
- Coordination of the portfolio optimisation process according to the central calendar: prepare argumentation supporting changes in portfolio
- Provide market data reporting and executive summaries based on Nielsen and other sources
- Synthesize shopper understanding from diverse sources and connect the dots to input into business and brand strategy
- Maintain and optimize Excel-based tools to build and share a knowledge base
- Act as the contact point for international market research and summarizing insights for management.
- Develop deep consumer and market knowledge from internal and external sources and share it with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Coordinate with research partners on the implementation of the methodologies and market research tools
What will make you successful
- Professional experience in Marketing / Research/ Trade Marketing min. 2 years
- Strong communication & analytical skills
- Active cooperation, attention to detail and good organization skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Power Point,
- Experience using Nielsen data and consumer panels would be an advantage
- Knowledge of Power Query and Power BI would be an advantage
- Fluent in English.
