We are seeking a Marketing and Lease Up Specialist who is highly detail-oriented, has a positive attitude, and is self-motivated. The Marketing and Lease Up Specialist supports Lease Up communities. The specialist will support communities until stabilization (~95% occupancy) when a Regional Marketing Manager is assigned. This position leads the strategic vision and direction for branding, marketing, and outreach initiatives, ensuring that all efforts align with client expectations and property goals. While not directly responsible for creating the brand or logo, this role oversees their development in collaboration with creative partners. The individual in this role is responsible for developing and executing marketing and outreach plans. This includes digital presence, lease-up marketing budgets, marketing collateral, and leasing support.

This position is a work from home/travel hybrid format. Travel will be required for site visits and client meetings as needed, including but not limited to Traverse City, West Michigan and the Greater Detroit Area.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience completing at least one successful multifamily lease-up. Must have previous multi-site management experience.
