Paid Media Strategist


Location: 100% Remote (U.S.-based candidates only)
Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 DOE

The Role

We’re looking for a Paid Media Strategist to take the lead on non-search channels, driving performance across CTV, OTT, podcasts, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, Meta, TikTok, and digital billboards. You’ll collaborate with our agency partners (who manage Google/Bing) but own strategy and execution across these high-impact platforms.

This is a remote role perfect for someone who loves building campaigns, testing new ideas, and pushing for results across multi-level digital and media channels.


What You'll Own
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across:
    • CTV / OTT (Connected & Streaming TV)
    • Podcast advertising
    • YouTube (non-search placements
    • Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit
    • Digital billboards & out-of-home (OOH) campaigns
       
  • Collaborate with our Google/Bing agency to ensure cohesive strategies.
  • Develop creative briefs for ad visuals and video assets.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust to meet ROAS, CPA, CTR goals.
  • Provide weekly insights and reporting with actionable recommendations.
  • Stay ahead of trends and explore new opportunities across these channels.
     
Requirements
What You Bring
  • 2-4 years experience managing multi-platform paid campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn, Reddit, and preferably CTV/OTT.
  • Bonus if you’ve worked with podcast advertising or OOH.
  • Strong analytical mindset – you’re confident in pulling and interpreting data.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Looker, or similar tools.
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills – you can handle multiple campaigns with ease.
  • A collaborative spirit and passion for mission-driven work.
