Here's how you will contribute to the success of the company

As a member of the Sales team and reporting to the Business Development Director, your mandate will be to increase monthly revenues of existing and new strategic partners and major accounts. You will be responsible for ensuring the development and growth of specific accounts, increase sales of your designated accounts, build healthy and lucrative relationships with our clients/partners and act as an ambassador for all our products and services.

Here's what your day-to-day will look like in this role

  • Manage and ensure revenue growth from strategic partners and major accounts based on set sales targets;
  • Offer strategies that are designed to reach specific objectives regarding revenue, recruitment and partner activation;
  • Ensure regular contact with assigned strategic partners and existing major accounts to identify emerging and existing sales opportunities;
  • Work in close collaboration with our strategic partners to promote Sherweb:
    • Developing and implementing marketing plans and budget control and management.
    • Developing and executing new SherWeb product launches for these organizations, including training sessions.
    • Contributing to the development and execution of customer and sub-reseller recruitment campaigns.
    • Identifying growth opportunities and creating and executing appropriate action plans.
  • Prepare and manage protocols for answering information requests and the tender process, including solicitation and preparing new quotes, while maintaining close contact with potential clients/partners;
  • Work closely with your supervisor as well as customer service (technical support and migration) to ensure partners receive the best possible service from all Sherweb departments;
  • Travel to meet with partners and represent SherWeb at tradeshows and fairs (about 50% of your time).

Here's what you need to have and master to get the job

  • University degree in computer science or administration;
  • 10 years of experience in IT sales or as a Rep with a history of successful transactions;
  • Good knowledge of the Information Technology sector;
  • Cloud specialization or experience will be considered a major asset;
  • Sales experience using Partner/reseller networks is a major asset;
  • Latest knowledge of IT technologies (Microsoft Office, Web, Windows, Mac, networks) and experience using document sharing and client-relation software (Microsoft Dynamics, CRM, SharePoint) are essential.

  • You can easily communicate and relate to people of different hierarchal levels.
