Job description

Pay Range:_   

  • $55,000 - $65,000 / year

Purpose

Designs and delivers training curriculum for the Sales organization. Sales Training curriculum encompasses knowledge and skills related to leadership, management, sales, systems, customer service, and compliance.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Deliver engaging instructor-led (ILT) and virtual instructor-led (VILT) training

Participate in design of instructor-led (ILT), virtual instructor-led (VILT), eLearning, and print-based training content and materials

Demonstrate proper and effective execution of selling and sales management behavioral expectations

Establish and measure achievement of personal performance goals

Communicate effectively and professionally using a variety of media, including but not limited to email, in-person meetings, and telephone

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of sales experience

Minimum of 2 years instructor-led and virtual instructor-led training delivery experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong multi-tasking and project management skills

Enthusiastic team player with a drive to create a positive work environment

Motivates and inspires teams through training, facilitation, and providing feedback

Ability to manage the full training cycle (in-person or web-based)

Preferred Skills

1+ years of insurance sales experience

2+ years of sales training/management experience

Conversational written and spoken Spanish

Strong presentation and facilitation skills

Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms
