Your Role & Mission - We are seeking an impact-driven and technically savvy Senior Customer Success Manager to join our mission-driven team at Carbmee. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of customer relationships and technical execution, helping customers succeed by driving data-heavy implementations.
You’ll start by owning post-sales success for strategic customers, acting as their trusted carbon management advisor and gradually transition to join our Value Engineering team, where you’ll dive deeper into data handling, carbon modeling, and technical configuration.
If you’ve worked as a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Consultant, Value Engineer, or in Pre-sales Engineering within B2B SaaS (especially in sustainability, carbon accounting, or manufacturing), this could be the perfect next step in your career.
