Job description

Description

The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) for Program Impact plays a critical role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that support the division’s growth, brand visibility, and client engagement efforts. Reporting to the Business Development & Account Executive Manager, this role bridges the gap between marketing, program development, and client success by creating targeted campaigns, shaping brand narratives, and generating qualified leads to support CSD’s diverse service offerings.

The PMM partners closely with unit leaders across CSD Learns, CSD Works, Dripple, and Teaching Kitchen to develop clear, compelling messaging, marketing assets, and outreach strategies. The role requires strong communication, design literacy, and campaign management skills to successfully build awareness and drive engagement with external partners, funders, and clients.

Strategic Marketing Planning: Design and implement marketing strategies to elevate CSD Program Impact’s services, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with organizational goals.

Account Support: Collaborate with the Business Development & Account Executive Manager to support client acquisition and retention by tailoring marketing collateral, pitch decks, and promotional materials that reflect program strengths.

Content and Campaign Management: Lead the development of content across digital platforms, including newsletters, social media, and website updates. Create and manage multi-channel campaigns that generate awareness and leads.

Cross-Program Collaboration: Partner with units across the Program Impact division (CSD Learns, Dripple, Access, TK202, Works) to highlight success stories, share program offerings, and co-create materials that showcase the value of our services.

Proposal and Business Development Support: Assist in preparing marketing sections for grant proposals, RFPs, and partnership decks. Align messaging with audience expectations, impact metrics, and visual standards.

Performance Tracking and Optimization: Monitor the performance of campaigns using analytics tools. Provide insights and adjust strategies based on performance data and stakeholder feedback.

Brand Stewardship: Serve as a brand ambassador for Program Impact. Ensure all materials and messaging reflect CSD’s values, accessibility standards, and inclusive tone.

Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong internal and external relationships by facilitating communication and feedback loops between program leads and marketing initiatives.

Budget Oversight: Support budget planning for marketing activities and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Other Duties: Contribute to the success of Program Impact by performing additional tasks aligned with marketing and business development priorities.
