We are looking for a Founding Senior Sales Executive to join our fast-growing remote team. This is a rare opportunity to build the sales function from the ground up in a high-growth, venture-backed startup transforming the finance and accounting industry.
The ideal candidate is a full-cycle sales expert who excels at outreach, engagement, and conversion. You’ll take ownership of generating and closing leads across multiple channels, including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn, while constantly iterating and improving the sales playbook based on metrics and performance.
You’ll be in constant collaboration with founders and the go-to-market team, helping shape sales strategy and tools. Over time, you’ll take full ownership of the sales cycle and evolve into a sales leadership role.

4–5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in early-stage startups
Experience leading and executing sales strategies across all funnel stages
Demonstrated success exceeding quotas and driving revenue
Familiarity with CRMs and sales engagement tools
Strong understanding of lead qualification and prospecting
Creative problem-solver with a bias for action
Exceptional written and verbal communication
Highly adaptable, collaborative, and motivated to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Humble, hungry, and goal-oriented
Fluent English (professional level)
