Hi! We’re LinkGraph, an SEO software company (and full-service digital agency) focused on products and services that help websites improve their performance on Google. We are a rapidly growing organization with clients from Fortune 500 companies to leading Silicon Valley tech startups.

As we scale rapidly, we're looking for a Senior Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day execution and long-term strategy of our Fulfillment Operations. In this role, you'll lead three core teams, Assigning, Publisher Relations, and Outreach who are responsible for delivering client orders, managing publisher partnerships, and onboarding publications. You’ll own operational reporting, improve workflows, and build scalable systems to support growth while maintaining service quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead fulfillment operations across three teams: Assigning, Publisher Relations, and Outreach
  • Own delivery of operational reports, KPIs, and client-facing dashboards
  • Improve processes quarterly to drive speed, quality, and efficiency
  • Lead weekly EOS meetings to align teams and remove blockers
  • Manage publisher relationships and resolve escalations
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering
  • Develop team members through coaching and career planning
  • Oversee incident response, risk management, and special projects
Requirements:
  • 5+ years in operations or program management within SaaS, media, or digital industries
  • Proven experience managing teams and optimizing workflows at scale
  • Strong data mindset with reporting and KPI ownership
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills (Business level English is required)
  • Proficiency in ClickUp, Google Sheets, and Retool or similar software
  • Experience in process improvement and change management
  • Track record of scaling operations in high-growth environments
  • Knowledge of publisher networks or digital advertising ecosystems (preferred)

Salary & Benefits

  • $4,000- $5,000 USD/month depending on skills, experience and location.
  • 15 Days Paid Time Off + Christmas Day + New Year's Day Paid Off
