We seek a high-functioning, energetic member to join as Business Development Associate. Taking meetings with clients in Central Europe and communicating with business decision-makers at the C-level will be your responsibility, so fluency in Spanish is necessary for this position. The responsibility of a Spanish Expert is to know and manage additional assets for the firm. Preparing a meeting, a final presentation and a proposal to a
prospective client takes much planning and effort.

client connections, fostering repeat business, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

3. Sales Pipeline Understanding: Proficient in navigating the sales process stages and
optimizing conversions from lead generation to deal closure.
4. Customer Service Focus: Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer
experiences, increasing loyalty, and generating positive referrals.
5. Independent Organization: Highly skilled in independent task management, prioritization,
and meeting deadlines effectively.
6. Tech-Savviness: Familiarity with databases, Microsoft Office, and contact management tools
for streamlined operations and communication.
Requirements
Responsibilities (including but not limited to) we’ll trust you with:
1. Strategic Relationship Development: Identify and cultivate strategic relationships with
potential customers and partners.

4. Event Attendance: Increase attendance at marketing and sales events in the target area.
5. New Client Pipeline: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
6. Call Forecasting & Feedback: Prepare for calls strategically and provide detailed feedback
on outcomes.
7. CRM Data Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry in the CRM system.
8. CRM Activities Utilization: Consistently use CRM's "Activities" feature to track progress and
communications.
9. Support PR, Marketing, and Sales:Assist in company-wide initiatives to enhance brand
awareness and boost sales efforts.
Core Competencies
● Experience 0 to 1 year.
● Fluent Spanish communication skills
● Effective oral and written communication
● Having the ability to deliver a powerful presentation to both small and large groups
● Interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate with and influence internal partners
● Prefer familiarity with databases, Microsoft Office, and contact management tools.
● A bachelor's degree is preferred.
