Anticipated Compensation: $22 - $25 per hour
 
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday during standard business hours

This is a remote position - candidates must reside in the state of Texas. 
 
The Angel Link Member Services Coordinator supports client engagement and enrollment for Angel Link’s Health Home services. This role involves assisting families with Medicaid-related needs, coordinating admissions, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting a positive experience for clients throughout their journey.
 
In this role, you will:
  • Perform outreach activities to enroll clients in the Health Home program
  • Assist clients with Angel Link admissions and ongoing service coordination
  • Support families with Medicaid eligibility issues and transitions to adult Medicaid programs/providers
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with program standards
  • Respond to inquiries and concerns via phone and email with professionalism and empathy
  • Collaborate with clients, clinicians, and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience
  • Contribute to a positive and team-oriented work environment
  • Demonstrate reliability by planning and organizing work effectively and meeting productivity expectations

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English required
  • Experience working with Texas Medicaid enrollment and/or knowledge of STAR and STAR Kids programs preferred
