What You'll Do

Primary activities will include: Configuration, testing, issue resolution and implementation support.Collaborate with clients to solve challenging business requirementsAnalyze and resolve issues that arise throughout the implementation. Works with analysts to resolve technical issues.Performs testing of client specific enhancements in a timely manner.0- 20% travel required. A portion of your time will be spent on-site working directly with the customer’s project team.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering; Supply Chain Management; Management Information Systems; Computer Science; or related technical degree, with a minimum overall grade point average (GPA) of 3.0

  • 0 – 1 years of experience developing, supporting or implementing application software and/or experience through internships and/or cooperative programs

  • “Hands on” work experience gained through internships and/or co-op programs, especially if supply chain related

  • Must possess an understanding of supply-chain management

  • Experience troubleshooting and developing SQL queries using relational databases

  • Excellent communications and task management skills

  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude

  • Ability to work and collaborate with team members both technically and functionally in nature

  • Self-motivated and hungry to learn

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

  • Must be able to relocate and travel approximately 20%

  • Position located at the Alpharetta, GA office
