Export Operations Manager at JoomPro at Joom

Now we are looking for an Export & First Mile Operations Manager to manage all processes related to processing different requests and preparing documents for customs, working with the export declaration, and assistingthe Procurement and Finance departments.

Responsibilities岗位职责

• Be responsible for preparing and submitting export declarations, assisting in Procurement, Logistics to ensure that goods are exported on time 负责制作和提交出口报关单，协助采购，物流，确保货物按时出口
• Assist Procurement department with checking the commodity name and UoM in the VAT invoice to ensure that the export declaration is consistent with the VAT invoice 协助采购检查增值税发票品名，单位，确保报关单信息与增值税发票保持一致
• Timely sort and archive export declarations, assist Finance department with the tax refund affairs 及时整理归档报关单，协助财务退税事宜
• Handle the preparation of relevant certificates as needed, such as certificates of origin, export permits, etc. 根据需要办理相关证件，例如，原产地证，出口许可等
• Assist Procurement department and provide customs clearance consultation, such as export tax refund rates, brand authorization, etc. 协助采购，提供通关咨询，例如，出口退税率, 品牌授权等, etc.
• Assist Procurement department to complete the signing and stamping of relevant documents. 协助采购完成相关文件的签字盖章

Requirements 职位要求

• Bachelor degree or above, majoring in international trade, logistics, accounting etc. 本科或以上学历，国际贸易，物流，财会等相关专业
• More than 2 years of customs declaration work experience, work experience in trading industry 2年以上报关工作经验，有贸易行业工作经验优先
• Knowledge of customs laws and regulations and export operation procedures, familiar with Harmonized System etc. 熟悉海关法律法规和出口报关操作流程，熟悉商品编码归类
• Responsible and prudent, able to carefully review customs declaration information and ensure the data accuracy of export declaration具备较强的责任心和细心，能够认真审核报关信息，确保报关工作的准确性
• Proficiency in Office software such as Excel, Word etc., and well-developed computer skills 熟练使用办公软件，如 Excel，Word 等，具备一定的计算机操作能力
• Strong communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit, and be able to communicate and collaborate effectively with different departments and stakeholders 有较强的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，能够与不同部门和单位进行有效的沟通和协作
• Good English reading skills 良好的英语阅读能力
• Being curious of learning new things, eagerness to make progress, and ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment 热爱学习，渴望进取，能够适应快节奏的工作环境
