Job description

About the role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our dynamic HR team at Ezypay. In this role, you will take on a leadership position, contributing to the development of our people strategies and ensuring the effective implementation of HR processes that support our organizational goals. 

As a Senior HR Executive , you will:

  • Manage and execute the full employee lifecycle, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and learning & development.
  • Implement and promote HR policies and procedures that align with organizational objectives while ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
  • Manage employee relations, providing support and guidance on conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to the creation of a positive workplace culture.
  • Support managers with performance reviews, talent development, and succession planning discussions.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR processes and systems to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify HR needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Assist in managing HR projects including training programs, employee engagement surveys, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
  • Prepare HR metrics and reports for leadership to track performance against targets

Requirements

    • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 6+ years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong knowledge of APAC employment legislation and HR best practices.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience with HRIS and other HR technology platforms.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
