Role Overview:

We’re seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to help us expand our market presence and forge strategic partnerships. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for technology, a knack for identifying opportunities, and a track record of building strong relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Strategy: Create and implement strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Develop and manage relationships with key partners, clients, and stakeholders.

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Use insights to refine strategies and inform product development.

  • Lead Generation and Sales: Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold outreach, and industry events. Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing deals.

  • Partnerships and Alliances: Build and nurture strategic partnerships to enhance our market position and expand our reach. Collaborate with partners to co-develop solutions and drive mutual growth.

  • Client Engagement: Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements. Maintain strong relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the product, marketing, and engineering teams to align business development efforts with company goals and product capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years in business development, sales, or a related role within the tech or AI industry.

  • Skills: Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals. Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications is a plus.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

  • Analytical: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and develop actionable insights.

  • Adaptable: Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and able to pivot strategies based on evolving business needs.
