Job description

PURPOSE:
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.  In this strategic role, you will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align platform capabilities with organizational goals, ensuring optimal use of ServiceNow to drive digital transformation and operational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Architect and design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across modules such as ITSM, CSM, CIS, TPSM, CMDB, SPM and others.
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs that are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.
  • Define and enforce platform governance, development standards, and architectural guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Evaluate and integrate new ServiceNow features and capabilities to continuously improve platform value.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ServiceNow developers and administrators.
  • Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory standards.
  • Support the development of a long-term roadmap for ServiceNow adoption and expansion.

SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including at least 2 years in an architectural or lead role.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and integration capabilities.
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, and SPM (preferred)
  • Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide), Flow Designer, and ServiceNow APIs.
  • Working knowledge of API (Application Programming Interface) Management; REST, SOAP, and formats JSON and XML
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) required, Certified Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA) preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience developing within a domain separated instance
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and enterprise IT operations.
  • Experience with Agile or DevOps methodologies.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with other third-party platforms, including ingesting data from those systems
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and integration tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft)
  • Demonstrated ability to solution with limited requirements
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Salary Expectations: Starting at $130,000

The salary for this position is commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications. The range is intended to reflect our commitment to attracting top talent, and the final offer will be based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's previous experience, expertise in the field, relevant certifications, and the specific requirements of the role. In addition, internal equity, market trends, and geographic location may also influence the final salary.
