Title: Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships

Location: Remote within the US.

Job Description: This role sits within the Strategic Alliances (Business Development) organization. The team is responsible for:

  • Sourcing new strategic partners
  • Negotiating commercial terms and legal agreements
  • Operationalizing strategic partnerships across the enterprise
  • Innovating new opportunities
  • Coordinating resources to execute jointly agreed-upon initiatives.

In this role, you will specifically focus on delivering cross-functional value to our key Dining Service Provider channel partners. You will provide senior-level strategic and operational support while aligning with Sales to drive revenue growth.

  • Dining Service Providers and integrated technology partners
  • Senior leadership
  • Product Management teams
  • Services team members.

Must Have Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of combined experience in B2B SaaS sales, relationship management, strategy, or alliances roles
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets, identify key trends, and develop insights and hypotheses.
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones and manage occasional travel requirements.
  • Experience gathering the “voice of the partner customer” and collaborating with Product Management and other stakeholders to define product feature requirements.
  • Proven ability to set vision, develop strategy, and define success metrics for long-term strategic partnerships.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working with dining or food service providers.
  • Background in food and nutrition technology solutions
  • Experience in healthcare dining, food service, or nutrition solutions
  • Familiarity with higher education environments and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of closed-loop card or credential-based transaction systems
