Digital Media Marketing Specialist 

 Are you passionate and excited about retail media? 

As Best Buy Ads continues to grow, we are looking for the best and brightest retail media and advertising professionals to join our team. The digital media specialist is responsible for helping brands maximize their Best Buy sales through sponsored products advertising on our website and app. 
 

The role requires a growth and results-driven mindset combined with a passion for performance marketing and client satisfaction. 

The successful candidate must be in the Lower Mainland, BC, where we prioritize remote work, with occasional in-person meetings for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes. 

 

Join our innovative team as a digital media specialist! 

 

What you’ll do: 

  • Onboard and manage sponsored products and sponsored brands campaigns, trafficking and optimizing them. 

  • Manage sponsored products campaigns for core brands, working with the retail marketing team to setup and optimize campaigns to ensure we meet or exceed brands’ goals. 

  • Act as a "go-to" expert on sponsored products and sponsored brands and the criteo retail media platform for our retail marketing team. 

  • Delve into campaign data and work in-platform to optimize clicks, CPCs, conversion rate, ROAS, revenue, SOV, product visibility and campaign pacing. 

  • Support and educate internal teams on sponsored products/brands via presentations, teach-outs, business reviews, and one-on-one support. 

What we need:  

  • 2+ years digital advertising and/or retail media experience. 

  • Hands-on-keyboard experience working in digital marketing platforms (Amazon Ads, Criteo or Google search ads 360). 

  • Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships across departments and in service of clients. 

  • Strong excel, data analysis and communication skills.

$55,000.00 - $65,000.00

Starting pay offered will consider skills and experience. Your pay can grow as you build your career with us.
