Description

GetMax.Ae is looking for a dynamic IT Sales Executive to join our team remotely from India. This individual will be instrumental in driving sales across hardware, consumables, cloud solutions, and professional IT services. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Lead Generation:
    • Identify, qualify, and acquire new sales leads and prospects in the Indian market.
    • Negotiate and close sales contracts and agreements with clients.
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Product Portfolio Sales:
    • Sell a broad range of IT products and services, including hardware, data center solutions, networking devices, firewalls, backup solutions, and Microsoft cloud services.
    • Offer professional IT services such as software troubleshooting, AMC contracts, website hosting, and Power Platform development.
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions for client needs.
    • Provide feedback on customer requirements, market trends, and industry insights.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building.
  • Reporting & Communication:
    • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and business reports.
    • Coordinate with marketing and technical teams for lead nurturing and solution alignment.
Requirements
Skills/Scope

Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, marketing, or a related field., 3 years of experience in IT sales, business development, or account management., Proven expertise in selling Microsoft 365, Azure Cloud, Dell, HP hardware, and related solutions., Industry certifications such as Microsoft MS100, AZ100, Dynamics365, Cisco Networking, etc., are preferred.

Skills & Competencies

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills., Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software., Fluency in English, Hindi; knowledge of Arabic is a plus., Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment., Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
