Our culture of flexibility, trust, and continual learning means you will be recognized for your growth, and for the impact you make on our success. You will be surrounded by people who challenge, support, and inspire you to be the best version of yourself.

The Role:

As the Sr Financial Analyst, Product & Engineering, you will play a crucial role in forming the bridge between your business partners and our corporate finance team, providing insights to stakeholders across the organization to drive data-driven decisions.  Sitting within the FP&A team, this individual will partner directly with the Chief Technology Officer and the Product and Engineering leadership teams to plan, prioritize, and support the company’s Product and Engineering initiatives.  Candidates will have outstanding partnership and communication skills, be able to handle multiple priorities, and have the ability to deal with the ambiguity that comes with a fast-growing organization.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the primary finance business partner to the Product and Engineering leadership team
  • Help drive revenue growth and margin optimization from a finance standpoint by creating, analyzing, and refining product-level forecasts for revenue, bookings, and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to enable enterprise-wide initiatives, such as increasing gross margin visibility and implementing reporting and processes to monitor and control costs
  • Identify, recommend, and drive Cloud Infrastructure cost efficiencies across the company
  • Develop and/or enhance key metrics and reports that bring insightful and actionable insights
  • Manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, annual planning, and corporate reporting requirements for Gross Margin, Product, and Engineering
  • Perform ad hoc analyses as needed

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years in varying FP&A roles
  • Previous FP&A experience in a B2B SaaS and/or subscription business model
  • Strong experience and expertise in topline FP&A. This includes the ability to create, analyze, and refine forecasts for revenue, bookings, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to the SaaS industry
  • Prior R&D, Product, or Engineering Finance experience preferred, especially with cloud infrastructure strongly preferred
  • Prior experience with Financial Reporting systems, Netsuite, and Adaptive strongly preferred
  • Prior business partnering experience, or demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional leaders
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively translate for non-finance audiences of varying levels
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Excellent modeling skills; highly proficient in Excel
  • High performance standards with high ethical values and passion for excellence
  • Proven ability to operate and succeed within a fast-paced environment
