Key Responsibilities

SaaS Metrics Tracking:

Maintain and update trackers for core SaaS KPIs: MRR, ARR, etc.
Track customer cohorts and subscription lifecycle performance.

Revenue Reporting & Forecasting:

Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
Forecast subscription revenue based on pipeline data and historical trends.
Reconcile billing data (e.g., from Stripe) with accounting systems.

Data Management & Integrity:

Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across systems (CRM, ERP, billing platforms).
Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, RevOps, Product) to validate data inputs.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

Support budgeting and forecasting activities for SaaS revenue streams.
Identify cost optimization opportunities and support pricing strategy analysis.

Ad-Hoc Analysis:

Prepare custom reports and insights to support fundraising, board meetings, or investor updates.
Analyze customer segments, pricing models, and growth efficiency.
