We are hiring Regional Vice Presidents in our Business Development Organization, based in our Washington, DC offices.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating a team of high-performing Senior Managing Directors who acquire, manage, and grow our most important client relationships at Applecart. In this position, you also will be a strategic partner across our go-to-market organization and the broader company, ensuring data, pipeline, and forecast accuracy so that we can meet our targets and plan the business, getting market feedback to our Product team to improve our solutions, and identifying areas where we can uplevel our go-to-market strategy and tactics.
Our Senior Managing Directors are seasoned domain experts who leverage their deep understanding of our clients’ challenges and objectives from their previous work experience. They are responsible for growing revenue by building, managing, and deepening meaningful relationships with C-level executives at Applecart’s clients and changing the way Fortune 500 companies manage their brands with their most important stakeholders.

This is a hybrid role. Work from home on Monday and Friday and in Applecart’s DC office Tuesday through Thursday.
Compensation:
Our compensation package consists of three components: (i) a base salary, (ii) incentive cash compensation tied directly to revenue generated from clients you manage and (iii) generous equity compensation that vests over time.
The base salary range for this role is between $200,000 and $250,000, based on the candidate's experience and skills relative to the requirements listed above. In addition to base salary, a substantial portion of overall cash compensation for this role will consist of sales incentives tied directly to revenue generated from the team you manage. Regional Vice Presidents who meet their quotas can expect to make an additional 100% of their base salary in incentive compensation. There is no cap on incentive compensation—so if your team exceeds their quota, you could bring home more than double your base salary in cash. The salary range provided for this role is specific to candidates located in the New York City area.
