Job description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Marketing Team Lead to oversee the day-to-day execution of our marketing efforts.

This role will manage the end-to-end marketing process, from turning strategies into actionable plans to coordinating execution and ensuring quality delivery. You’ll lead a Marketing team that includes a Content Writer and Graphic Designers, and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders such as Thought Leaders, engineering teams, Product Owners, and other support teams to expand our brand presence globally.

This role reports directly to our Founders.

Requirements

Strategy Execution & Marketing Team Leadership
  • Collaborate with the Management Team to understand company goals, market positioning, and brand strategies.
  • Turn high-level strategies from the Management Team into detailed marketing plans and execution roadmaps, including defining themes, content priorities, channel strategies, and timelines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact (PIC) for the marketing team’s daily operations and outputs, including but not limited to:
    • Online: Content marketing (blogs, videos, social media), SEO execution, website updates, and performance tracking.
    • Offline: Event partnerships with on-site booths, on-site branding, and real-time event coverage in our target markets.
  • Break down strategic plans into clear tasks for the marketing team and assign, prioritize, and review work to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Foster effective collaboration between content and design to ensure cohesive, impactful marketing deliverables that maintain the brand's consistency and high quality.
Cross-Team & External Collaboration
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the marketing team and cross-functional stakeholders such as Thought Leaders, Product & Engineering teams for website updates, and other technical marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to align marketing plans with sales goals and ensure consistent messaging across channels.
  • Manage relationships and workflows with external parties, including event representatives, video vendors, and guest contributors, for marketing content creation.
Quality Assurance & Process Improvement
  • Serve as the final reviewer and responsible owner for all marketing team deliverables, ensuring high quality across content, visuals, event materials, website updates, and all other marketing outputs.
  • Build and refine marketing processes to drive efficient task management and seamless team collaboration.
  • Monitor the performance of marketing initiatives, collaborate with the Management Team to identify areas for improvement, and implement workflow and process optimizations.
  • Maintain clear documentation and visibility into project status, blockers, and outcomes.
