Job description

Job Title: Training Manager
Location: Remote in Honduras
Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Training Manager to build and lead product education programs, empowering our clients' customers to succeed with onboarding through renewal and expansion. This critical role is execution-focused, responsible for delivering high-quality educational materials and programs that drive product adoption, reduce churn, and transform customers into advocates.

You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to develop and execute a world-class product education strategy tailored to contractors, small business owners, and internal stakeholders.

What You'll Do
  • Become the Expert: Serve as the primary subject matter expert 
  • Knowledge Base Ownership: Ensure at least 98% platform coverage with 98% content accuracy.
  • Develop Educational Content: Execute comprehensive strategies covering onboarding, training, and ongoing education.
  • Create Scalable Programs: Build self-service learning experiences including guides, videos, webinars, and certifications.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to align educational content with customer needs and product updates.
  • Internal Training: Ensure internal teams are equipped with the necessary training, resources, and documentation to effectively support and educate customers.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience: 2+ years in Customer Education, Customer Success, Learning & Development, or similar roles, ideally within a SaaS or startup environment.
  • Content Creation Skills: Excellent writing, video production, and on-camera presentation skills (Loom, webinars, YouTube).
  • Communication: Exceptional storytelling and communication abilities.
  • Program Execution: Proven track record of successfully implementing scalable customer education programs from the ground up.
  • Customer Orientation: Experience with small businesses or non-technical user segments preferred.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational, project management, and collaboration skills.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile, remote-first team setting.
Bonus Points
  • Experience with contractors, home services, or field service software.
  • Familiarity with Notion, Loom, HubSpot, or Intercom.
  • Background in education, instructional design, implementation, or adult learning theory.
