Job Description:

We are currently seeking Bookkeepers to join our team and support our Account Managers in handling day-to-day bookkeeping tasks for our clients. This position offers the flexibility of working remotely. We are looking for candidates who are eager to grow with the department and contribute to our collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Account Manager and Bookkeeper Manager to deliver prompt resolutions to client tasks, adhering to a 30-minute task assignment timeframe and responding to clients within 2 hours.
  • Demonstrate a meticulous approach in completing tasks according to instructions from clients and account managers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Continuously expand your expertise in property management to gradually assume additional responsibilities from management, leveraging knowledge gained through APM Help.
  • Maintain a comprehensive record of client specifications, guaranteeing consistent and high-quality service delivery.
  • Display proactive initiative in efficiently accomplishing tasks and providing valuable assistance to the account manager.

Qualifications:

  • Availability to work full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field preferred
  • Proven experience in handling Bank Reconciliation and Account Payables.
  • Familiarity with property management software such as Appfolio, Buildium, Propertyware, Rent Manager, or Rentvine will be considered an advantage.
  • Proficient in utilizing various digital tools and technology.
  • Enthusiasm for acquiring knowledge in property management, with no prior experience required.
  • Exemplary attention to detail, adept at comprehending software processes, and committed to efficient task completion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English), with a proactive and responsive approach to interactions with clients and team members.
  • Possession of a functioning laptop/desktop with a minimum of 4-16GB RAM.
  • Reliable and high-speed internet connection, with a minimum speed of 15-20 Mbps.
