Position Overview – In concert with our professional staff, this position is responsible for developing new functionality to support our existing monitoring a control platform hosted in the cloud.

Job Responsibilities – Include, but are not limited to:

Participate in weekly sprints to deliver functionality to support product releases and customer delivery requirements.
Improve and refactor existing functionality to optimize edge computer performance, increase security, and simplify the overall user experience of using our products.
Provide direct feedback to product development to steer our technical course to support upcoming trends and technologies to ensure our platforms remain supportable.
Document new features and configuration requirements to enable product support for our sales and operations teams.

Minimum Qualifications

Required - Proficient communicator via phone, TXT, and email
Required - Creating technical documents using MS Office (or equivalent) software products.
Required - Strong full web stack development background with .NET/C#, Angular, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, JSON
Strongly Preferred - Database report query using SQL (PostgreSQL)
