The opportunity

We are looking for a detail-oriented Manager, Information Technology. Our IT team supports our 400+ global users through various day-to-day IT tasks to keep the team productive and to ensure the business is secure and scalable.  In this job, you will lead a team of IT professionals through day-to-day operations and new projects, as well as support individual development and team growth.  You will also collaborate with our leaders and drive the implementation of IT processes and systems to enable a productive and secure global workforce.

Our business is built on technology and our team cannot do their job efficiently without the proper equipment, connectivity, and software. With our incredible growth as a company, this role becomes critical to set and execute against a vision that enables us to meet our potential. You will help set the vision for the team and actively coach the team to meet these goals while also taking a hands-on approach to key projects.

What you'll do
  • Define and lead IT projects from start to finish including ideation, vendor selection, implementation, and ongoing operations.
  • Manage and develop a team of IT professionals through day-to-day activities, including tickets and strategic projects.
  • Build a high-performing team from a position of experience through strong leadership, coaching, mentoring, and recruiting.
  • Streamline day-to-day operations and refinement of IT processes.
  • Configure our networks, manage Google Workspaces, and support end-users.
  • Refine our onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure our employees are productive from day one.
  • Secure our hardware and systems while being a champion for improvements to our security posture.
  • Provide hands-on support to the team as necessary to meet the goals of the business.
  • Manage new and existing vendors to maximize the value and impact they have on our company.

 

Who you are
  • Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward.
  • Over 6 years of comprehensive IT experience, including support, security, networking, remote systems, and access management.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a managerial or project leadership role.
  • Hybrid work availability in Nashville, TN, with in-office presence 3 days a week.
  • Proficient in supporting SaaS environments and tools like Office 365, Google Workspace, Slack, MDMs, and managing 400+ users.
  • Skilled in both Mac and Windows end-user support.
  • Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communicator, with the ability to effectively engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented and agile professional, with relevant certifications preferred (CompTIA A+/Cloud+/Security+, CISM/CISSP, AWS/GCP).

Salary Range
We seek to hire top-tier individuals and intend for our compensation to be at a rate that allows us to recruit and retain individuals who align with our core values, purpose, mission, and vision. Final total compensation is based on a multitude of factors including, but not limited to, skill level, relevant experience to the position, and cost of labor.

Annual pay range
$80,000$130,000 USD
