Job description

SEDR Recruitment is a UK-based recruitment consultancy specialising in white-collar placements within the civil engineering and earthworks sector. We are looking for a remote Admin / Resourcer based in South Africa to support our UK operations.

In this role, you will help drive recruitment delivery by sourcing candidates, managing messaging campaigns, updating our CRM, and supporting the team with essential admin tasks. You will collaborate daily with colleagues in the UK through video calls and online tools



Requirements
Key Responsibilities
  • Candidate Sourcing: Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and CRM to identify and shortlist qualified candidates.

  • CV & Profile Preparation: Format CVs and compile candidate packs for client submission.

  • Messaging Campaigns: Create and schedule outreach messages to candidates and clients using platforms like SourceWhale.

  • CRM Management: Keep records up to date in Recruit CRM, tagging contacts and building targeted lists.

  • General Admin: Post job adverts, assist with interview scheduling, monitor shared inboxes, and maintain accurate activity records



Requirements

Essential:

  • Experience in recruitment admin, resourcing, or a similar support role.

  • Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter and CRM systems.

  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation.

  • Ability to create structured messaging and email sequences.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Desirable:

  • Experience working with UK-based recruitment processes.

  • Familiarity with GDPR and candidate data compliance.

  • Knowledge of the civil engineering or construction sectors.
