Applicants MUST reside in Peru

Combining expertise in both Deltek Vision (or its successor, Vantagepoint) and Microsoft Power Platform (including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI): 

Focus areas include:

• Business Process Modernization: A key objective would be to modernize business processes by designing, developing, and implementing solutions using the Power Platform, likely involving migrating existing workflows or developing new ones to interact with Deltek data.
• Data-Driven Insights: The role would involve creating dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI to provide insights into project performance, resource allocation, revenue goals, and other key metrics, often drawing data from Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements for Power Platform solutions integrated with Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint.
• Power Platform Development and Administration: Designing, developing, and maintaining solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, ensuring proper integration with Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint and other Microsoft 365 services. This might include:
  • Building custom applications using Power Apps to interact with Deltek data.
  • Automating workflows using Power Automate to streamline Deltek processes.
  • Creating Power BI reports and dashboards based on Deltek data.
• Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint Expertise: Applying knowledge of Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint's functionalities, data structures, and workflows to design effective Power Platform solutions.
• Integration and Data Management: Ensuring seamless data flow and integration between Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint, the Power Platform, and potentially other systems.
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Providing technical support and troubleshooting for Power Platform applications and integrations related to Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint.
• Best Practices and Standards: Identifying and implementing best practices and standards for using the Power Platform with Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint.
• Documentation and Training: Documenting solutions and potentially providing training to users on the Power Platform solutions integrated with Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint. 

Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 10 years’ experience working directly with Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint Experience: Experience working with Deltek Vision or Vantagepoint is highly preferred.
• Power Platform Expertise: Strong skills in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI are essential.
• Technical Skills: Depending on the specific role, skills in related technologies like SharePoint, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Dataverse may be beneficial.
• Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze business needs, identify solutions, and troubleshoot issues.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and convey technical concepts.
• Project Management Skills: Ability to manage projects and prioritize tasks.
• Business Process Analysis: Understanding of business process reengineering and improvement.
