Business Planning & Execution
Developed and implemented weekly, monthly, and quarterly business plans aligned with the company’s strategy, aiming to meet and exceed sales targets.
Managed and delegated group activities, including promotion, technical consulting, sales, and commercial development, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Proposed sales and customer care policies (pricing, credit, discounts) to upper management for approval and implementation.
Handled customer complaints related to product supply and quality; coordinated with internal departments to resolve issues and implement corrective measures.
Sales Tools & Documentation Management
Managed and maintained product documentation, sales tools (brochures, sales kits, technical materials), project files, and client/supplier records within the assigned domain.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the raw materials or R&D sector.
English proficiency required: TOEIC 700+ or IELTS 6.5+.
Professional appearance: neat, well-groomed, confident; minimum height 1.70m for males and 1.60m for females (male candidates preferred).
Positive, optimistic attitude with a result-oriented mindset and persistence in goal achievement.
Honest, detail-oriented, responsible, disciplined, self-motivated, and creative.
Strong ability to work independently and in teams under high-pressure environments.
Solid knowledge of the B2B industrial raw materials market and understanding of key competitors.
