ABOUT YOU:
As our Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for prospecting, upselling, and cross-selling within assigned territory, as well as find solutions in a consultative sales role focusing on website software, SaaS, and digital marketing.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Acquire new accounts and grow existing ones
Meet sales objectives, including quota and productivity requirements
Maintain relationships and update on new products and services
Regularly update prospects database in Salesforce
Complete and ensure accuracy of all sales-related documentation
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly forecast reports
Focus on driving revenue growth by cultivating and expanding relationships with existing accounts
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize customer satisfaction and retention
Implement strategies to promote long-term customer success and loyalty
Promote and sell digital marketing solutions to the established client base
Leverage a deep understanding of client needs and goals to drive revenue growth
Engage in strategic account management within the digital marketing space
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Minimum 3 years’ relevant B2B direct sales experience
Outstanding communication skills and ability to listen, probe, and close
Post-secondary degree or equivalent B2B experience
Proven ability to manage a software sale process and implement solutions
Ability to effectively call at all levels within organizations, including executive levels
Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and positive influencing skills
Strong interpersonal skills, with a consultative approach to customer service
Business acumen, integrity, professionalism, problem-solving ability, and analytical skills
Strong organizational skills with a sense of urgency to work in a fast-paced environment
TRAVEL:
Occasional travel for events, meetings, etc.
Potential attendance at sales conferences within CAN and the US
