Job description

Russian-speaking Marketing Lead / Head of Growth

Own the full marketing funnel—from first impression to booked “relocation call”—and build a small, high-leverage team that turns global talent into happily employed professionals in Germany.

What you’ll do

Set strategy & OKRs for paid, organic, and partnership channels; tie every initiative to CAC and revenue.

Design the growth engine: marketing funnel, tools and tech stack, tracking plan, attribution model.

Own the budget and channel P&Ls; re-allocate fast based on ROAS.

Coach & coordinate a team of 3–4 specialists (Content, Performance Marketing, Partnerships) plus freelancers (design, web ops, SEO).

Optimize the marketing funnel and scale what works — new audiences, traffic sources, landing pages, lead magnets, funnel automation steps.

Partner with Founders & Sales on ideal candidate profile, messaging, and feature launches (e.g., visa checklist tool).

What makes you perfect for the role

• 5–8 yrs in B2C or marketplace growth, experience with EdTech is a plus. Have taken a funnel from <1k to several thousand MQLs / month.

• Hands-on with marketing funnel automations, chatbot sequences, Meta & LinkedIn ads, SEO/SEM basics, and attribution reports.

• Fluent English and Russian.

• Data-literate: build reports and extract insights from raw CRM and GA data.

• Comfort in a 20-person startup: roll up sleeves today, hire tomorrow.
