About the job

We are looking for an experienced marketing professional to develop and lead customer experience (CX) across Nordic’s digital and physical platforms, with specific focus on establishing company-wide initiatives that elevate digital and data-driven marketing. Our ideal candidate has a strategic vision for digital platform development, data-driven marketing, Customer Experience and Developer Experience.. An ability to build, anchor and ensure delivery of a digital roadmap for customer-facing channels will be decisive in the role. Proven experience in leading and influencing strategic decisions is essential for success.


Key responsibilities

The Director Digital Experience is responsible for:

  • Leading and setting direction for strategic customer experience (CX) and developer experience (DX) projects across Nordic’s customer-facing digital channels. This roadmap may also expand to the experience of using Nordic developer tools, and development hardware
  • Creating and anchoring a roadmap of digital projects, then directing digital delivery teams to deliver this roadmap of projects
  • Building a data-driven marketing strategy for systematic data collection, consent gathering and effective leveraging first-party data
  • Develop strategy and roadmap for content-based lead generation via digital channels
  • Commercial ownership and roadmap ownership for Nordic’s customer-facing digital platforms


Qualification and skills

  • Master’s degree or equivalent within a relevant field
  • 8+ years experience in a similar role
  • Strategic vision for digital platform strategy, data-driven marketing, CX and DX
  • Leadership experience, both within project management and people management


Personal Skills

The ideal candidate will have the ability to effectively communicate with different stakeholders, to present ideas, and influence decisions. You have a strong understanding of business and market trends, and the ability to lead and manage a team, think strategically and make long-term plans.
