Your Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new leads and convert to sales opportunities for Industrial Lifetime Solutions (ILS)
  • Increase ILS revenue in Canada by expertly navigating sales channels and collaborating with sales teams and service partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering high-quality support and service
  • Conduct on-site customer visits to deliver ILS presentations and conduct training sessions
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions and visit reports in Salesforce
  • Based in Canada and working remotely
Your Qualifications
  • Technical degree in Lubrication, Tribology or Chemistry. Background in Lubrication Field Sales. 
  • Extensive experience in lead generation with a proven track record of successful sales conversion
  • Practical experience in navigating various sales channels within industrial sectors
  • High performer in Lubrication sales
  • Persuasive and engaging personality
  • Ability to work independently while effectively contributing to a diversified team
  • Experience with products, services and solutions related to maintenance and reliability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Willingness and ability to travel overnight up to 50% of the time to support Schaeffler customers
  • Familiarity with using CRM systems such as Salesforce
