We’re seeking a proactive and experienced Level 2 IT Engineer to join our technical support team. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality remote and on-site support, implement IT infrastructure solutions, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution and clear communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Level 2 support for cloud and on-premise infrastructure
Deploy and maintain servers, networks, storage, and virtual environments
Conduct technical audits, contribute to pre-sales proposals, and assist with client planning
Maintain accurate documentation, timesheets, and meet SLA/CSAT targets
Requirements:
Experience with Aruba, Azure, VMware ESXi or Hyper-V
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure
