Senior Manager – CTO - End User Computing Engineer – Intune

Accountabilities/Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Intune configurations for Windows devices.
• Package, deploy, and manage applications using Intune and other modern management tools.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate deployment and configuration tasks.
• Monitor and troubleshoot application deployment issues, ensuring minimal disruption to end users.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and service desk teams to align EUC strategies with organisational goals.
• Maintain compliance with corporate policies and industry standards for device and application management.
• Provide technical guidance and documentation for EUC processes and solutions.
• Participate in EUC-related projects, including OS upgrades, device refreshes, and platform migrations.

Knowledge & Skills (Key):

• Proven experience with Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager), including configuration profiles, compliance policies, and app deployment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 management and application packaging (MSI, Win32, MSIX).
• Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
• Familiarity with Azure AD, Conditional Access, and Autopilot provisioning.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS (DESIRABLE):

• Experience with networking and Infrastructure technologies e.g. DNS, DFS, (Azure) Active Directory
• Experience with troubleshooting tools e.g. perfmon, Sysinternals Suite
• Experience with desktop management and monitoring tools
• Experience with Citrix, Windows 365, or other VDI platforms.

Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience as a Intune administrator/engineer
• Experience of working with global infrastructure and support teams
• Experience at senior level desktop support or engineering
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting within End User Computing
• Experience working in fast paced agile environments and cross functional teams

Educational Qualification:

• Preferably should have Technical/Science Graduation degree
• Relevant professional IT qualifications from companies like Microsoft, VMWare and Citrix such as MCP, MCSE, VCP, CCA.
