We are looking for a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to support our client's sales pipeline by conducting high-volume outbound calls (30–100 per day). The role involves identifying potential scaffolding projects, qualifying leads, and gathering detailed information to enable the Sales Manager to create accurate quotes.
This position is integral to maintaining a consistent flow of sales opportunities in a fast-growing construction environment.
What you'll do
Conduct 50–100 outbound calls daily to residential, commercial, and industrial prospects using PCI and other lead databases.
Qualify leads by collecting vital project information such as location, type of scaffolding required, access conditions, and project timelines.
Work closely with the Sales Manager to relay high-quality, well-documented leads for quotation.
Maintain thorough and accurate lead data within the CRM system, including call outcomes, status updates, and follow-ups.
Research new prospects and monitor construction activities in target markets to enhance lead quality.
Share feedback and insights to help refine lead generation strategies and improve call conversion rates.
Stay informed on scaffolding industry developments, competitor offerings, and market trends.

Required Qualifications & Experience
What You Bring
We're looking for someone who:
Minimum 3 years of experience in outbound lead generation, cold calling, or sales support preferably within construction or trade services.
Proven ability to manage high-volume calling with confidence, professionalism, and strong communication skills.
Skilled in gathering relevant project information and understanding customer needs.
Proficient in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
Self-driven and organized, capable of managing tasks independently in a structured manner.
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and results focus.
Preferred Skills
Experience in scaffolding, construction quoting, or related industries is highly regarded.
Familiarity with PCI or similar lead generation databases.
Understanding of site access, working at height safety, and general scaffolding processes is a plus.
Performance & Reporting
This role reports directly to the Sales Manager.
Performance will be monitored based on KPIs such as:
Number of daily calls made
Volume and quality of qualified leads
Conversion rate of leads to quotations
