System Functional Analyst - Spend Management and FinanceBroadmoor Campus, Remote
Position Summary / Career Interest:
Responsible for standardizing, improving, documenting, and supporting supply chain processes and financial accounting and data needs. This person should be familiar with Workday Finance and Spend Management workflows, the Item Master, the creation and updating of reporting and metrics for Spend Management and Finance as well as other departments as needed. Duties will range from business process analysis, data quality assurance and control, and training/technical support. Works closely with Spend Management Analytics, Spend Management Informatics, Strategic Sourcing, Contracts Management, Procurement, Warehouse Management, Distribution and Logistics, Accounts Payable, Accounting and Asset Management to provide support and guidance on business operations.Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions
Support the Supply Chain areas of Informatics, Strategic Sourcing, Contracts Management, Procurement, Warehouse Management, Distribution and Logistics, Accounts Payable, Accounting and Asset Management.
Assist with the development of procedural documents and SOP’s/training tools that standardize Supply Chain Management and Finance operations.
Understand all Workday interfaces that interact with 3rd party Financial and Supply Chain systems.
Ensure proper configuration of Supply Chain applications that have a financial impact Cultivate and maintain successful relationships with peers, functional departments, and business colleagues from various business units in the network.
Solve problems, communicate effectively and transfer knowledge.
Assist with data extraction or data mining and reporting.
Identify key data points, perform analysis, and compile meaningful recommendations / interpretations of results for consideration by internal and external stakeholders.
Produce ad hoc, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and communicate results.
Assist in data extractions to provide metrics and reporting for benchmarking and analytical purposes.
Lead small group discussions in their areas with other departments including, but not limited to Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Finance and Hospital Operations.
Manage multiple tasks and manage small to medium sized projects in a cross-functional, healthcare environment.
Work in a team environment and interface well with associates at all levels of the organization.
Build reports to manage exceptions.
Organize vast amounts of data.
Must be able to perform the professional, clinical and or technical competencies of the assigned unit or department.

Required Education and Experience
Bachelors Degree in Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Statistics, Business, Supply Chain Management, or closely related field from an accredited college or university.

2 or more years of experience with data management/analytics performing systems analysis and business process analysis within a healthcare environment.
Knowledge Requirements
Excellent data and system management skills.
Preferred system knowledge of: Power BI, SQL, Workday, Epic, Tecsys, GHX.
