  • Participate in a minimum of 20 working days of in-person training to enhance skills.

Requirements
  1.  A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field is often required. Some organizations may prefer candidates with a master's degree or professional certifications like Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA).


  2.  Experience in the event industry or a related field is a plus.


  3.  Strong financial analysis skills are crucial. Candidates should be proficient in creating and managing budgets, tracking expenses, and analyzing financial data.


  4.  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential for creating and managing budget spreadsheets. Knowledge of financial software and accounting systems is also beneficial.


  5.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills are important for interacting with event organizers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
