As our Order Fulfillment Specialist you will be engaging with our stores and various teams across our company sites. Collaborating with these teams to ensure a smooth and seamless process for our customers. In this role you will be looking after:

Inventory & Store Support: Manages store inventory levels, resolves stock issues, and supports accurate replenishment.
Order Flow & P2P Expertise: Strong knowledge of SAP PO lifecycle and P2P processes; resolves in-transit delays and stuck transactions.
SAP S/4HANA & ROP Planning: Advanced SAP S/4HANA skills with expertise in inventory control and re-order point (ROP) planning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works effectively across Supply Chain, Procurement, Retail Ops, and IT to drive fulfillment solutions.
Analytics & Reporting: Delivers insights through Excel and dashboard tools to track inventory KPIs and improve service levels.

Have You Got What We’re Looking For?

Tertiary qualifications or bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or related field or 2+ years of experience in order fulfilment, supply chain, logistics, or related area
Knowledge of order fulfilment, supply chain, logistics, or related area- data analysis/reporting
Customer service experience and great communication skills engaging with customers at all levels- internal and external
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and order management software (SAP, Portalink and POS).
Good problem analysis and solving skills
Strong organizational and prioritising skills.
