Brief Description

LaunchCode is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between our company and our valued partners throughout the entire hiring process and ongoing partnership.


This role requires a highly skilled professional who is hyper-responsive and effective in communication, ensuring seamless coordination between all parties while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.


The ideal candidate has a strong track record of delivering exceptional results in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition.


Specifics


  • Full-Time Salaried Position
  • Reports to the CEO of LaunchCode Labs
  • Base Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 DOE
  • Fully Remote



Essential Duties

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all partner concerns, needs, and inquiries
  • Support sales meetings with company partners and maintain ongoing engagement throughout the placement process
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our offerings to better serve company partners
  • Build and strengthen partner relationships to achieve long-term strategic partnerships
  • Internally, collaborate with Account Executives and Sourcing Managers to achieve annual placement targets and execute on company partner needs
  • Schedule interviews with candidates and coordinate logistics between partners and candidates
  • Maintain accurate company partner and candidate records, tracking contract updates and renewals
  • Provide continuous support to both company partners and contracted candidates through regular check-ins
  • Provide coaching and performance feedback to candidates to help them meet company partner expectations and succeed in their placements.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a hyper-responsive communication style
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities with proven capability to juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment


Required Experience

  • 0-3 years of experience in client-facing roles
  • Experience in fast-paced work environments


Preferred Experience

  • Experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition
  • Background in account management or client relationship management
  • Proficiency with common customer success and customer relationship management software (e.g., Hubspot)
