This is a FULL TIME, onsite position with flexible hours. Employee will receive generous compensation, an annual bonus and is eligible for sales commission. Applicant must reside in the Albuquerque, NM area.**
The Associate Clinical Specialist (ACS) will work with the account/s current clinical team member/s to provide ongoing clinical education, product training and technical support for the Wellsense VU; primarily within an ICU/Critical Care environment. The ACS will assist in identifying areas of opportunity to achieve goals related to the use of the VU for pressure injury prevention. The ACS will also assist in driving product engagement and adoption, integration into the customer’s clinical workflow and assisting the Sales team in driving expansion of the product at the facility and surrounding area/s.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide ongoing clinical education, product training and technical support
Conduct product demonstrations and inservices to healthcare personnel regarding the safe and effective use of the product
Effectively present clinical literature and communicate value of new product features
Facilitate resolutions to customer questions or complaints
Respond in a timely manner to any/all issues and take the appropriate corrective action/s
Update software and settings when required
Perform installs/uninstalls, monitoring and device troubleshooting
Track product and activities within assigned platform/s
Identify areas of opportunity for education within assigned care areas
Assist in data collection for providing detailed weekly activity reports to Wellsense and Facility leadership
Demonstrate effective time and priority management in a hospital setting, including travel and scheduling
Maintain credentials enabling access to assigned facilities
Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Proficiency with computer technology/technically savvy
Physical Requirements:
There will be some physical labor needed or required to complete roles of job including carrying, lifting, stooping, kneeling, or crouching
The employee will use his/her hands to handle, place or move objects up to 50 pounds
Specific vision requirements of this job include close vision and distance vision
