Description

The Sales Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in optimizing our sales processes, analyzing sales data, and supporting the sales team to drive growth and efficiency. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze Sales Data: Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving sales performance.
  • Reporting: Generate and maintain reports on key sales metrics, including sales revenue, conversion rates, and other KPIs.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Sales Tools: Assist in the development and implementation of sales tools and technologies to support the sales team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and support strategic initiatives.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to the sales team on processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats
Requirements

 

Qualifications:


Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales operations, data analysis, or a related role.


Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of CRM/ERP systems and sales software.
  • Programming knowledge is a huge plus 
  • Salesforce experience helpful

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the fencing, building material, or distribution industries.
  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or relevant certifications.
