Finance Operations Analyst | Excel + Vendor Invoicing | SAP desirable

We’re looking for a Finance Operations Analyst to join our team at Enroute! This role is focused on financial operations, vendor invoicing, and data validation in collaboration with finance, procurement, and accounting teams.

We need someone with advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail, who’s comfortable working with financial templates, validating vendor invoices, and coordinating across multiple departments in English.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and validate vendor invoices and Statements of Work (SOWs)
• Support cost accounting tasks, including accruals (GRIR) and cross charges
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Validate cost object statuses (e.g., released, valid, inactive)
• Ensure accuracy of trading partner codes, WBS elements, and cost centers
• Run status checks and interpret transactional history using templates and reports
• Collaborate with vendors, controllers, procurement, and master data teams
• Escalate or help resolve issues such as missing invoices, inactive codes, or unreleased WBS

• Required Skills & Experience

  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, conditional logic)
  • Experience working with vendor invoicing, SOW validation, and financial data
  • Solid understanding of cost accounting and financial operations
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) – this is mandatory
  • Strong attention to detail and process compliance
