Job description

次世代シーケンシング(NGS)製品およびサービスの営業を担当します。担当エリアの売上拡大に向け、営業戦略の立案・実行、顧客関係の構築・維持、新規ビジネスの開拓を行います。
This position is responsible for sales of Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) products and services. The role focuses on driving revenue growth within a designated territory through sales strategy development, customer relationship management, and new business development.

主な業務内容 | Key Responsibilities:

  • NGS製品・サービスの営業戦略の立案と実施
    Develop and implement sales strategies for NGS products and services

  • 主要顧客や意思決定者との関係構築・維持
    Build and maintain relationships with key customers and decision-makers

  • 市場動向および競合環境の分析
    Analyze market trends and competitive landscape

  • 新規顧客の獲得および既存顧客へのアップセル・クロスセルの推進
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell to existing customers

  • 製品プレゼンテーションや提案活動の実施
    Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations

  • 技術、マーケティング、物流など社内関係部署との連携
    Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, product development, logistics)

  • 営業活動、顧客対応、案件管理の記録(会社のSalesforceシステム使用)
    Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities using the company’s Salesforce system

  • 売上目標の達成
    Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals



Requirements
必須条件 | Required:
  • バイオ、分子生物学、バイオテクノロジー等の理系学士
    Bachelor’s degree in biology, molecular biology, biotechnology, or related field

  • 営業経験2年以上(NGS製品経験があれば尚可)
    At least 2 years of sales experience (NGS-related experience a plus)

  • 学術研究分野での経験2年以上
    At least 2 years of experience in the academic research field

  • NGS技術やライフサイエンス市場の深い理解
    Strong understanding of NGS technology and life sciences market

  • 日本語での高いコミュニケーション能力
    Excellent communication skills in Japanese

  • 営業目標達成の実績
    Proven track record of meeting sales targets

  • 自主的に行動し、チームで協働できる方
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively
