GENERAL OBJECTIVES
The Production Coordinator will assist the Director of Media Services and other Media Services staff in fulfilling audio-visual needs in offices, classrooms, and event venues with faculty, staff, and administration.

Bachelor's Degree
Must understand live and broadcast audio infrastructure, interfacing, and concepts at a high level (Proficiency in products from the following manufactures preferred: Yamaha, DiGiCo,
Must have basic video engineering and production skills (Proficiency in broadcast camera operation, live video production and editing, and video infrastructure engineering preferred)
Ability to make sound, critical decisions under pressure
A team player with excellent communication skills
Great attention to detail and problem-solving capability
Willing to work flexible hours
Specific Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and troubleshoot computers, sound, lighting, and video systems for campus events on a daily basis
Come alongside Chapel Worship to execute excellent Chapel services three times/week
Participate in the operation for special events including Commencement, Spring Sing, Fine Arts Events, SWAT Week, and other school-affiliated productions as needed
Coordinates audio/visual needs of outside groups using university facilities
Provide audio and video training for Media Services' student workers
Advise and assist other departments with audio/visual needs
Coordinates work and provide task supervision to student workers
WORK SCHEDULE
The Production Coordinator will have regular hours as agreed upon with the Director of Media Services. However, evenings and weekends will be required as campus events warrant.
