Riverpoint Medical is looking to hire a Supply Chain Analyst. At Riverpoint you will be part of the process that brings great technology to medical, dental, and veterinary markets. We specialize in the design and manufacturing of premium medical devices. Our ingenuity can be found in our suture technologies, sports medicine fibers and anchors, surgical lighting, and special needle technologies. The Supply Chain Analyst for Riverpoint Medical will enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain team through participation in SIOP activities (forecasting and data analysis), supplier performance management, assisting in system improvements, creation and management of data driven metrics/reporting tools and working collaboratively with various teams both domestically and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with other supply chain team members on the greater teams’ goals and deliverables.
Examine supply chain data to spot trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
Work closely with various cross functional teams to create and execute strategies aimed at boosting supply chain performance.
Track and present key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory, order fulfillment, forecast accuracy, supplier performance and logistics.
Ensure data accuracy within supply chain systems and resolve any related issues.
Assist in freight invoice audits and logistics cost variance reporting.
Assist in the identification, implementation and enhancement of supply chain management software and technologies.
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for key KPIs.
Partner with internal teams (IT, Operations, Commercial, Finance) to enhance data models and streamline reporting processes.
Help develop supply chain policies and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline or equivalent work experience
2+ years of relevant experience in supply chain analysis, focusing on systems and data.
Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization best practices.
Strong Excel skills; knowledge of Power Query, DAX, and SQL is preferred.
Familiarity with ERP software (DelmiaWorks a plus).
Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills, capable of interpreting complex data.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to present findings clearly.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects.
Understanding of inventory management, demand forecasting, supply planning, supplier management and logistics fundamentals.
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant certification in supply chain (e.g., APICS CPIM/CLTD) or analytics (e.g., Microsoft Data Analyst Associate) is a plus.
Experience with programming or scripting languages for data analysis is a plus.
