About The Role

As the Partnerships Manager, Channel you will be responsible for developing, building and managing our reseller partner programs. Programs will focus on SMB, new geographic regions, and certain integration partners. You'll recruit, onboard, and enable reseller partners to effectively sell and support Fundraise Up's platform in their local markets. This role is critical to our expansion strategy and will help establish Fundraise Up as a global leader in nonprofit fundraising technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive reseller partner strategy for both target geographies and market segments.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard qualified reseller partners that align with Fundraise Up's expansion goals.
  • Create and implement reseller program frameworks, including revenue sharing models, training programs, and support structures.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for reseller partners, addressing their needs and providing strategic guidance.
  • With Marketing & Enablement, develop and deliver enablement programs to ensure resellers can effectively sell and support Fundraise Up's platform.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to create localized marketing materials and campaigns for reseller partners.
  • Work with Product and Legal teams to address regional requirements and compliance considerations.
  • Track and analyze reseller performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Facilitate regular business reviews with reseller partners to ensure alignment and success.
  • Represent Fundraise Up at events and partner meetings to promote our reseller program.
Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in channel or reseller partnership management.
  • Understanding of reseller business models and revenue sharing structures.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities to assess partnership opportunities and performance.
  • Experience with partner relationship management tools (PartnerStack, Partner Fleet).
  • Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, Salesloft and other sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience in the nonprofit technology sector is a plus.
