NetSuite Solutions Architect

Role Summary
Were looking for a seasoned NetSuite expert, not a programmer but a functional architect, who brings a deep blend of functional and technical expertise. Ideally, you have a strong background in manufacturing operations, sales forecasting, and financial planning, with a strong preference for experience in a food manufacturing environment.

You are someone who can translate business needs into scalable system solutions, especially around dashboards, demand planning, BOM accuracy, and workflow automation. You have a proven ability to eliminate manual processes, align cross-system data (NetSuite, Salesforce, FP&A tools), and improve visibility for key stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, analyze, and lead improvements in forecasting, performance tracking, financial planning, and stakeholder 

  reporting

• Enhance core NetSuite modules: Forecasting, Inventory Management, Demand Planning, Procurement, and Financials

• Evaluate and optimize manufacturing functions in NetSuite, including Work Orders, Assemblies, Routings, WIP, and BOM

• Collaborate with teams to gather requirements, map workflows, and deliver approved process enhancements

• Build custom scripts, workflows, SuiteApps, and dashboards to drive operational efficiency

• Develop and maintain SOPs for newly implemented solutions and ensure cross-departmental adoption

• Define and implement best practices for data governance, scalability, and integrity

• Provide architectural guidance to administrators and third-party resources, supporting troubleshooting and resolution

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience with a focus on architecture and customization.

• Expertise in NetSuite modules: CRM, Manufacturing, Inventory; familiarity with Salesforce and NetSuite FP&A tools

• Proficiency in SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and integrations.

• Solid understanding of lean manufacturing and supply chain operations

• Preferred: NetSuite Certifications (ERP Consultant, Administrator, etc)

Additional Skills & Attributes

• Ability to communicate technical solutions to cross-functional teams in sales, finance, and operations

• Experience with integrating complex systems.

• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, data transformation, and security best practices

• Self-starter who can lead multiple initiatives with minimal supervision

• Highly collaborative and comfortable working with diverse stakeholders

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communicator, especially when bridging technical and non-technical teams

• Proven project management capabilities and experience guiding cross-functional efforts
