Ensure accurate and consistent CRM use (HubSpot), including lead documentation and dispositions
Analyze outreach performance data and identify opportunities to improve productivity
Build and maintain training content, call scripts, and onboarding materials
Foster a culture of ownership, positivity, and accountability across the team
2+ years of experience managing outbound call center or SDR/BDR teams (healthcare or service industries preferred)
Strong command of sales development strategies and appointment-setting best practices
Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce), including pipeline management and performance reporting
A motivating leadership style, with strengths in coaching, communication, and team building
Ability to analyze KPIs, extract insights, and drive results
Familiarity with HIPAA, healthcare privacy regulations, or benefits coordination is a plus
This is a mission-first organization built on family values and professional excellence. In this role, you’ll have the tools, trust, and autonomy to lead a team that creates meaningful first impressions—and opens the door to life-changing care.
